Excessively Loud Grunting Helps Man to Lift 20 Pounds More Than Usual

Tempe, Arizona. A local man has increased his benchpress by 20 pounds literally overnight by grunting loudly. “Usually I max out around 135 but this time I decided to grunt really loud when I was attempting to lift 155 for the first time. Somehow it worked, so from now on I’m going to grunt extremely loud on all my lifts because it adds at least 10-20 pounds” says Jacob Anderson.

Jacob, a valley native has been lifting for 3 whole months now. His lifts have increased dramatically over that same timespan. “When I first started, I was maxing my bench at 105, I could have never imagined that now I’m maxing out at 155 in just 3 months and I think a owe a large part of that to grunting excessively loud.”
